Pudak Scientific has held the last training activity for the year 2012: "Teaching Blood Circulatory Physiology in School Workshop for Junior and Senior high school teachers". The activity has been held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 with Dra. Asiah Soesy Soesilawaty, M.Si. as the presenter.

Teachers from 3 provinces joined the workshop. They were teachers from SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang Kab. Bandung, SMP Internat Al-Kausar Kab. Sukabumi, SMA Insan Cendekia Al-Kausar, SMA Negeri 1 Cikalong Wetan Kab. Bandung Barat, SMP Madani Cihampelas Kota Bandung dan MTs Husnul Khotimah Kab. Kuningan (Jawa Barat),  SMA YPVDP Kab. Bontang (Kalimantan TImur) dan SMA Damai Jakarta Barat (DKI Jakarta).

Experiments discussed in the workshop were:

• Observation of capillary blood flow by studying the tadpole tail and fish.
• Determining the blood groups: A, B, O, AB and Rh.
• Observing and differentiating eritrosi and leukocytes in the blood of various animal species (fish, frogs, mice, birds, etc.).
• Counting the number of red blood cells and white blood cells using a hemocytometer.
• Determining the concentration of haemoglobin in the blood.
• Knowing the speed of blood to clot.
• Counting sistole and diastolic of blood pressure.
• Knowing the activity of the heart with ECG.
• Observing the changes of human red blood cells.

Each participant group was given the opportunity to have discussions and present the experiment results. Each member of the group was very enthusiastic which can be seen from their dynamics of each group in conducting the experiment.
